Today, 30th September 2011, Etica Sgr General Meeting approved the joining by a new shareholder, Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna, which increases Etica Sgr capital from € 4.000.000 to € 4.500.000. BPER, which even distributes Valori Responsabili funds, owns 10% of Etica Sgr capital. Through shareholders agreement, Etica Sgr will still be subject to Banca Popolare Etica direction and coordination.



Currently Etica Sgr shareholders are:


Banca Popolare Etica - 45,47%
Banca Popolare di Milano - 24,44%
Cassa Centrale Banca - BCC Nordest - 10,22%
Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna - 10,00%
   (Through Em.Ro. popolare - Società Finanziaria di Partecpazioni S.p.A.)   
Banca Popolare di Sondrio - 9,87%


Moreover the Board of Directors approved 2011-2013 strategic plan, which focuses on asset under management increasing, institutional clients developing and ethical advisor service launching.
The half-yearly balance sheet is positive: net profit and commissions income amount to € 161.369 (+130% compared to 2010 first semester) and to € 638.985 euro (+37% compared to 2010 first semester): AUM raised in 2011 first semester € 10,3 million; currently Etica Sgr AUM amounts to   € 447 million.
